208 What the #%!*, I didn't go over my caloric allowence one single day this week! This is frustrating!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did you get in any exercise? Did you drink enough water? It could be something simple like too much sodium. Sometimes our gains having nothing to do with food. Google "why the scale lies". It gives good insight in to why we can gain when we do everything right. It will come off again.
