Yesterday, after finished night shift, had few hours sleep, went gym then gone for long walk. Felt great.
But put weight on his morning ???!!!
Why always heavier after good exercise ?
149.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
