I've gained the weight back but i've decided that i've got too much to lose when im not taking care of myself. Thinking positively i tell myself that atleast i'm stabilizing and not gaining weight. Been exercising for about 2 weeks now and just now starting to watch what i eat.

For me, setting a more attainable goal, like 20, 30 or 40 lbs is so much easier!! It's easier to see the light at the end of the tunnel, ya know?? YOU can DO THIS!! No looking back, no beating on yourself over past choices. Just look forward to your next meal and plan ahead. You will be down again before you know it!! =D
