I am getting there. I really need to start going on tredmil. I know my progress would move so much faster and also helps with that extra skin stuff.
305.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you know you need to do it, and how much it will benefit you - what's stopping you? :) Go go go! Trust me, after a while you will feel a LOT better. I was like you - I had a hard time getting going on exercise. Today, it has all changed. I wouldn't want to miss it for anything.

Not really sure. I guess more of an excuse. I hurt my ankle real bad abt month ago and has not total healed because it still hurts when i move it a certain way. but the only way its going to heal is to exercise. You right

Use caution since you injured yourself but I agree with you that using it will help it to heal. I hurt my knee about 3 years ago and still feel some numbness if I push it to hard. However, using it and getting it moving again and keeping it moving has helped tremendously! Funny how riding the bike is harder on my knee than being on the treadmill. I thought it would be the other way around...

What if you added an ankle support for a little bit while on the treadmill? Slow and steady wins the race. I don't have a treadmill so I just pound the pavement! Good luck! You can and will do this!
