I have been totally off a diet for much too long and have decided to get back on track. I feel fat - look fat - and the scales say it all!!!!!!! For awhile I was recording my food intake here and doing well so to all who encouraged me before I am here each day and reworking towards my goal.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
