10 minutes of walking (3 times a day): Check on first 10 min.

Healthy eating: Had a salad with kidney beans, romaine lettuce, cottage cheese, fiesta cheese, and a tomato... 412 calories. And it was goooooooood!

Now I understand what it's really like to eat within 1500 calories! It's easy. Need to get more beans this weekend, and chicken breast. Cannot forget the chicken breast! And veggies! Cucumber, broccoli, tomatoes, sandwich stuff, because I'd like a chicken sandwich or salad for lunch.

We'll see what I have in the works for tonight. Maybe another salad! Man, that was good!

Hmmmmm! I need to get chicken breast for making for salads during the week on Saturday. Habanero cheese? I love hot!
