ARGH!!!
Now I remember how hard it was! I went from 264 to 145 to 264, and now I remember... I remember how much it hurt to reduce my calories to 1500 a day.
And then I got angry... angry with everyone around me. I had such a hard time getting used to the caloric requirement that I had set out before me.
Last time, I tried the Runner's World way of eating, and yes it was great... but still hard on me and my family. I just have to keep at it, and allow my stomach to shrink again. Eventually I will get used to the caloric requirements again.
I just need to stay focused.
