Gisme's Journal, 18 April 2013

I once paid for a diet plan from Paul Plakas from the show X-weighted. I still have this plan and am considering using it.

The diet plan lacks depth and options but I will try to go with it for the next couple days. It says I should have 1500 calories a day and that is including exercise. I can still have chocolate every second date. And being that I am now obsessed with chocolate I am glad for this cheat.

I am going to jog today for my 4km and am looking forward to it. Even though I am tired the rest days will make it somewhat reasonable to stick to.

Anyways I am looking at myself in the mirror and I actually look thinner. Not such a bulging stomach these days.

I personally, do at least one small cheat a day, whether it is a couple of jolly ranchers, a spoonful of mashed potatoes, or my meat dipped in some gravy.... It makes me feel better, and actually helps me keep on track. So if you look at that diet, think it will help you get there faster. Go for it. Oh and if you are running a lot, weighing yourself can be a little discouraging if your body carries water afterwards like mine does, instead I weigh myself and measure my natural waist, belly button area and hips every morning. I like it way better than the scales. I see a decrease almost every day. Just a thought.

I agree the scale isn't always accurate I do also tend to retain water as-well. I am not sure if I am going to step on a scale or else use a tape measure for a few weeks. Just because I dont want to get discouraged. I am going to focus on this eating plan and then do my jogging. I may allow myself a daily treat of cream in my coffee though, I cut out the sugar but coffee actually is a great substitute for eating something fattening between snacks/meals and hasnt that many calories.

I love cream, coconut oil, and a pack of sweet and low at brunch... makes me feel full and energized.
