Buddies, i gained another 2 grams! It is like gaining rapidly everyday. How it comes? I used to see some downs, but now just gaining & gaining. Everything i am eating is just like what i ate last month! So, there are no changes in my food & workout!

Do you think maybe you are having to much salt? Or maybe its the time of the month... If you are eating the same, I wouldn't pay too much attention to the scale...

Actually, i do not like salty food. I am eating the same way as i ate last months, and i lost weight. It may caused by the time of the month as you said. It still not time for it, but i feel that my stomach is storing too much water. I feel heavier than i do. For sure, you know the feelings of it before it comes! You may right about it because the way of gaining is not normal. I will keep on my healthy food & workouts.

Maybe it's time to change it up a bit? Try a new work out or change out some of your foods for different ones. I think changing food is harder than exercise, I pretty much eat the same every day except for dinner. Good luck

I eat different food everyday :D even snacks! So, i do not have any reason for gaining weight. I sleep 8 hours, and there is no health issues. I just think that is from water and muscle weight or the time of the month.

Take a breath and relax. How many days has this gone on? Give it at least one week if not two. It is possible that you are at the point of actually gaining some muscle that will help in the long run. Continue on with your good habits, avoid the bad ones and check with me in a couple of weeks. ; )

Thanks a lot datadoll. I am fine, and relaxed :). I just worried because i did not see any down numbers. It just gaining rapidly. It is been for 4 days now. As you said, i gonna wait until i see any loss results. I'll keep on my good habits as well :)
