Ok, i lost 3 grams some of what i gained which made me more comfortable that is FAKE weight :)

Definitely false weight - I've seen my weight jump up a pound overnight, and then drop even further down the next day. Water weight can really throw off the scales.

Robin, do u do something for losing water weight? I heard that drinking more water can do! Also, my another cause is Constipation . I used go to the doctor to help me through medicines, but after my new lifestyle is treated. Last 3 days, i felt i am having constipation, even my stomach was hard! So, i drink more water, and eat some vegetables added to my spring-roll, and thankfully i treated, and feeling my normal stomach now. I think it was the cause of my weight gain as usual.

You could be getting TOO much fiber, that could be causing some of your problems. Watch your sodium intake, that can make you retain water as well. However I also have days where I gain a pound or so and then I go down plus a little bit more. It will all work out. Keep up the good work!
