Switching from Atkins diet to the DASH diet formulated by NIH for reducing hypertension by reducing sodium intake. Weight loss comes by limiting calories.
Have to empty my cupboards and reshop!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I think you've made a good decision. I've heard some very good reviews of the DASH diet. I have a heart condition and must also watch my sodium intake. Good luck!

Thank you both. One week later have been able to cut my hypertension RX in half. Can't wait to see what another week brings.
