Last night didn't go to plan - had to work late, dinner wasn't eaten until 8:00 and I slept like poo. Working out didn't happen as I got home so late. But today is a new day!!! Flow is here and I had brownie bites for breakfast - control chocolate consumption! I am taking that as a win for me!
