I was SO disappointed on Saturday with my weigh-in. I can't believe I gained weight! Good news is that I now have my tablet again, so I can record my food/exercise at home. I endeavor this week to watch my carbs more...my weakness grr. But this is a new week and I am going to get this right!!!!!

Feeling great today! Week one down! I've decided to weigh in once every two weeks. Next Saturday is my weigh-in day and I'm feeling good about it! While working out yesterday I realized I'm already stronger - I can hold my weight for longer on the dip station. Feeling the burn, baby!!!!

Slept for a blessed 14 hours last night! WONDERFUL!! Woke up this morning feeling more like myself! (Not a demon possessed period woman) Only had 10 minutes to circuit train but I got it in. Plan on walking while at work and again once I get home. I am going to kill it today!

Last night didn't go to plan - had to work late, dinner wasn't eaten until 8:00 and I slept like poo. Working out didn't happen as I got home so late. But today is a new day!!! Flow is here and I had brownie bites for breakfast - control chocolate consumption! I am taking that as a win for me!
