Did a Fat Burning Pilates video yesterday and I love how tight and pulled in my midsection feels today! Today was yoga, now I feel nice and stretched out. I'm digging the switch in workouts incorporating the Pilates with Kickboxing. The weather is beautiful out today, off to enjoy the sunshine!!

Thanks for that post! I haven't done my videos in a while, but I love that "pulled in" feeling you talked about. Looks like I should rummage through my DVDs and pull out an old favorite. :)
