I blew my diet today. For some reason, I just couldn't say no to anything! All I have eaten today is crap and I've got to get myself back under control. I will NOT have a repeat tomorrow. I CANNOT have a repeat tomorrow. I am afraid of what the scale will show on Monday. It takes a week of hard work to lose any weight and one day to gain it all back. Ugh!

Well, you will do better tomorrow after all you shouldn't have any junk food left after today. Lol! Sometimes we just need to laugh it off and redouble our efforts.

I did the same. Blew my diet yesterday and I am paying for it today. Up .8. But don't let it bother you. Just start fresh today.
