Recording the majority of what I eat but not everything. Making a conscious effort with portion size and sugar and fat content, but still eating whatever I fancy. If I have a beer I adjust my calorie intact in other ways.
Went to the gym 3 times in the last week.
Waist 38" Chest 43"
187.8 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
