Well last night was crazy eventful.....Got to the gym and worked out with the girls and half way through I started to feel nauseous! Sat down for a minute to rest then pushed through the rest of the arm portion but unfortunately about five minutes before the end I knew I was gonna yack. :( I mean I know I'm out of shape but my goodness! Puking into the pot at the gym was beyond embarrassing.....I went home and proceeded to puke yet again and then I was fine. Lol. Needless to say, I skipped dinner and had a bite of bread and some chicken broth (saved calories there!)& I will be going to the gym everyday but Fridays & Sundays and hopefully with no "happy ending".

On a happier note, I'm not quite as sore as I thought I would be after finally hitting it up! I'm feeling pretty good today actually, except for the irritating recurrance of yet another yeast infection (thank you diabetes for that!) but I will carry on!
