As I was surprised today I am recording my weight not nearly as I thought

We all get these types of surprises! Don't let it discourage you! Just redouble your efforts. It could have been worse and gone up. Changes in eating sometimes takes a little time to register. All good changes come and it will be the same for you! Keep up the good work!

Thanks Kathy for the support... I need it now .... I will try to put some more exercise in my diet plan just walking is not enough...

I find that exercise is key for me too. It is tought o find something you love and got the time for...I feel your pain!

Yep, I have to do a lot of cardio or I just don't seem to lose. Get that heart pumping, safely, with maybe even a longer walk or faster. This is a hard process and there are ups and downs for us all, the important thing is to just stick with it and keep going. You can do this!!
