I will not jinx myself nor hold my hopes up. I have cut down flax almost to nothing, eating more good fats like Olive oil and cut down cheese...weight is coming off again. Lets see how long this lasts though! I am 0.5lb off my 168lbs goal!!!! Then I want to get to the weight i was when I got married which was 163lbs. Baby steps...I am not expecting the weight to fall off me but a little a week would be nice!

Aim for this week to try and get on my wii more.
