I am fed up!!!! I don't seem to be getting anywhere! My husband is dropping the weight and I am either putting on or losing a tiny bit. Since end March start of April I have lost 10lbs. Its ridiculous! I am due to go away for a few days end of September and really want to be 168lbs or less, which is a minimum loss of 4lbs and really cannot see that happening. All I want to do is cry.

Hi Missy. Looking at your diet calendar and also your current weight (which is similar to mine), I can attest to the slow losses at this stage. If you are interested in a more aggressive weight loss than you are currently experiencing, you likely cannot continue doing the same thing each day and expect different results. Try making adjustments. Some suggestions might be to switch back to Atkins Induction for a while instead of OWL. I also see you eating "revised brownies" often. Perhaps avoid foods like this to see how that helps. Also try incorporating some exercise and see how your metabolism reacts. These slight changes might help you achieve your goals faster. But as I mentioned, if you want change, you have to make change... even if it is tiny actions. It could make a world of difference. Wishing you luck!

Missy I looked at your diet calendar and you aren't even eating your RDI in food I recommend eating more at least eat your RDI that's what you're supposed to be eating if you lay in bed all day just to maintain your weight. I know from talking to you on the Atkins Forum that you aren't laying in bed all day! I really think you aren't eating enough and I also second what Red Holly said about cutting out the sweets they can cause you to stall as well as flax.

Ohhh also watch the cheese it can cause stalls as well as constipate and I know you and I both have problems with our trains coming in!

Yeah i think I am going to have to cut back on the old flax, which I am doing apart from the last couple days when i made the brownies. Cheese is going to be the next one minimized or off the list. I know i need to eat more. Definitely finding it hard to add exercise in i really don't know how others do it. I am out of the house from 7.30am until 6.30pm and in that time have to eat and spend time with my daughter (which is only about half hour at most). That time has to be there somewhere. Incidently its only since i have had those brownies the train has halted! Think the hubby can finish those off!!! Thanks Myree! x

No problem Missy! That's what we're all here for! Don't worry so much about the working out I know it's helped me the last couple of months but I've had this chest cold for almost 2 weeks now and can't work out and am still losing but I have a lot more to lose than you too so mine will come off faster at this point... the thinner you get the more it slows! Be glad you aren't as fat as me LOL ;-)
