Earthlady's Journal, 11 April 2013

My weight is up again today and I feel quite bloated. That's disappointing because I've had my fast day on Monday followed by two days within RDI - I was expecting a small drop today or at least the same as yesterday.

Fast day today but I'm feeling very tired, low on energy, and hungry already (9 a.m.). I'll wait another couple of hours before I have my breakfast and try to keep the hunger at bay with water and herbal tea in the meantime.

Obviously this is much harder to do when your mindset is leaning towards the negative! So today I need to mentally focus on success, and on achieving the feeling I know I'll have by bedtime after the super low calorie day. Trying to generate positive vibes here....

Just had breakfast (@11.30), so I managed to wait and the day seems to be getting into its groove - the sun's coming out, too :)
