far out! i'm trying to be good and the weight keeps coming on. yes i know that'll happen when your pregnant, but i've already exceeded the 14 kilos for the pregnancy and i just want to slow it down a little.
can't get disheartened and need to keep eating healthily. it's times like this i think 'bugger it' and grab a couple of chocolate bars.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

oh honey .....be good as you can be, I remember being 168when i found out i was pregnant,ahhhh... my first born, NOW LISTEN, you may get a laugh out of all this..........first of all my firstborn (she is 31yrs. old!!), ha!!!! But, at 9months of pregnancy, i weighed in at a ripe-ole' 240lbs.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OH YEAH, those stickybuns and milk, and toast and hot chocolate every am, that will do it!!!! hahahahahahaha........................I am now 50yrs. old, and i am weighing, 170.2..........watch my scale go down in the next few months , that scale has been scaring me to death! ha Just thought you may need a laugh, but, seriously, when the baby is born, oh its hard work "to get fit", do not be a goof-ball as i was, like did i think when i gave birth , all the goodies i ate and were spread out so nicely(DUH!)were gonna go away???duh!!! Took me about a year after to take off 60lbs. You be good, enjoy being pregnant, its so beautiful!!!!

You are doing really good. I was not conscious about my eating habits while pregnant which resulted in a 50 lb gain. So you are doing WAY better than I did. My son is now 9 months old and I have just recently lost all the weight.

You're doing just fine! Don't be bothered by the weight, unless the doctors show concern. It is so import to just imagine each bite as a building block to your baby's being. ;) Be mindful of your veggies, fruits and lean meats and don't stress over it. You are doing great!

Uh, yeah. I was 230 AFTER I gave birth so I'd say you're doing great. Try not to put pressure on yourself to look a certain way while pregnant. Focusing on health is critical, and make sure you eat your folic acid :)
