Facing my biggest temptation today. I am visting my parents and she is cooking, not even sure what but it surely smells good. It will not break me, I have faith that I can and will do this.

Oh by the way, my weight was 246 to241 at the start of this challenge. So I am down 6 not 1!!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great job! Portion control really helps in situations where you have no control over what people cook. Take bigger portions of veggies and smaller portions of things you know are high calories. One meal never made anyone fat, it's the constant over eating. Your off to a great start.

That's great to hear about the weight loss. I know you can hold strong. When I go to family I just bring me a couple of juices so in case I get hungry I have juice & it helps me be less tempted.
