Worked out all evening yesterday and could not get up this morning to exercise. Legs exhausted. That's a good thing though. Wish I could have made that workout but I feel great and I must say I am looking good. Today is hump day. Track here I come.

Great workout. You have motivated me to do a lap around the walking trail today. 2.3 miles. I got off track yesterday but back today. Breakfast was a protein shake with 30 grams of protein and a piece of fruit
