ok...an update for the week...

yes i ate my veggies and yes it sucks...big time...lol...i did brocoli a couple of times, carrtos, squash, peppers, zucchini, parsnips and a couple more...please forgive me if i misspelled them...i never needed to know how...lol

the brocoli is nasty...no matter which way...but i will do it again next week...the squash was almost tasteless as i coated it in garlic and black pepper...the carrots were nasty the parsnips were not bad at all...

all in all i think at the end of the month i might like a couple more veggies than i did before i started this...but not many....lol...

no weight gain...however no loss either...but that is normal...so i cannot contribute it to the veggies...

the stove is in and hooked up...i am cooking the cast iron griddle right now...yeah...this is so cool...all 5 burners work and it is so clean and white...we do have to move the gas line as the stove is about 4 inches away from the way...i can live with it for a week or so...

i bought size 11 junior shorts this week..the waist is a little big...the stomach area fits and the butt fits...so this is progress...when i started sb in oct last year i was a loose 18...too tight 16...and now the 11/12's are big...cannot wait to hit the 8's...i have alot of really cute winter clothes in 8's...

think thats all for now...need to go fill in the green sea turtles on our stats for the week...

WOW, awesome for you! 11 jr is really a small pair of pants! You go girl...you have come a long way and you have had a bum leg so you are doing fantastic! I'm doing the "happy, happy, joy, joy dance for ya!

biblioholic...this goes against everything...but i was healthier inside when i ate junk than i am now...the hormones screwed up a good thing...lol...my docs used to just shake their heads because they could not say anything about my diet because i was healthy...lol...the good ole days

Your name certainly fits you! LOL Kudos to you for getting into those size 11's! I just got into a size 16, and hopefully, some day, will get into size 11's too. You have given me hope. :)

CONGRATULATIONS - try baking the veggies under a coating of cheese! That always perks up the flavor! Shallots are good! You are going to change that habit and it is going to be good for your body and mind! SIZE 11? WOW. I look forward to the day!

i will be doing parsnips again tonight with asaragus (sp?) broiled with olive oil and garlic chunks and if i am really feeling brave...onion...fresh from the garden...lol
