Went out of town last weekend and didn't stay on my routine.
Back on slim fast this week and started my 5k training. Goal is to get in shape for new job (5/20) and ready to run the 5k on 5/25!
157.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
