Today is Saturday and I am going on a short trip with my husband tomorrow. I am planning to eat some things I love but usually don't eat. Here is a list: pistachios, Havarti cheese, M&Ms, crackers and Sunchips. Oh, and possibly ice cream. So, I am doing my Monday workout in the morning and Monday will be my "rest day". And I think I'll weigh myself on Sunday and use that weight as my weekly Monday weigh-in weight. Strategy, strategy, strategy.
