I was a little disappointed with myself. I only lost 1 pound in 2 weeks. It was my fault. I was bad for a couple of days each week and I really think that did me in. I need to stay away from the beer.

Yea, but you drank beer and food and still lost a pound, so whoo hooo!!!! Progress not perfection! Stick with it!
