Planning for success and a return to my goal of 150 lbs. Working on choosing for health and not for emotional comfort. Working on scheduling my exercise plan and goals. The exercise works so much better than food as far as comforting my soul!
My goal is to drop these 14.8 pounds by May 6. And then staying at goal!!! No more excuses!
