I don't feel like eating all of my calories today. Surely one day under 1200 cals. won't hurt me. I'm off to bed early . . . not feeling real well. I ate gluten today. I'm beginning to believe more and more that I have a sensitivity. I changed the appt. to discuss it with my Dr. yesterday, to two weeks from yesterday so I have time to get gluten back into my blood stream for any tests they may have to do. The next few weeks may be pretty miserable.
