What began as a low cal Friday went out the window after the evening weigh in. Too many of my wife's friends came over with great food. A little overboard on Sunday, too. A 1500 calorie day on Sunday couldn't right the ship. We will attack it again this week.
255.8 lb Lost so far: 69.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
