Ok so last week I made effort to exercise. May not be 40 min
to hour but I did atleast 20 Mins 4 days. This week its another
try plus really watching my food intake and what I eat.
I need to work on drinking more water though.
I live on coffee ..
But I'm off to trying having the motivation to continue to exercise and my eating better.
