actually quite enjoyed my first day of efyt diet challenge today.....although someone told me you arent supposed to do much exercise because your only getting minimum calories....is this right? ive done more walking and wii fit in the last week than i have in the last 10 months and ive gained 1.5kg.....this site tells me i should be on 2300 rdi daily but the efyt diet is only bringing me up around the 1000-1200 at the most....is it ok to be that far under my rdi? or will it result in weight coming off too fast and not staying off for good ? :(
