a little low right now, according to my my diet calendar im down 1-2000cal per day, im sticking to my prescribed food list according to the efyt diet challenge, and i have compensated for the two days it says we are allowed to not eat according to the list in the first 2 weeks by doing more exercise to burn the extra calories,......and yet not only have i lost nothing, but i think ive gained a kilo :( considering the huge change in diet and how well ive been sticking to it plus the exercise, i would have thought id see a little progress, am i doing something wrong or is muscle, water retention??? :((((

ok so im gonna class today as one of my cheat days for the efyt challenge given im allowed 2 a week for the first fortnight, good brekkie (except ran out of soy so had lite cows) good lunch, but had a couple of small cookies and an energy drink at the zoo with the kids, got home late from the zoo and hubby picked up kfc :( didnt have nearly as much as i normally do,all in all my recommended rdi is 2300cal, i still only hit 1621cal, and all the walking at the zoo all up with rest and sleep i burned 3369cal for the day so still down 1748cal, im sure it wouldnt have been that much had i had not eaten well at brekkie and lunch, but would have been a lot better without the kfc and cookies, but i spose its still on average for the last few days, as i did more walking than normal so it helped balance it out :)
