I have a pretty big goal I'm trying to reach for this coming Monday's weigh-in. I'd like to be under 150. I don't care if it's 149.8, as long as it's under 150. That would equal a loss of 2.8 lbs in one week- yes, that's a lot. But I'm really focusing on increasing my fluids and being more active. Note I didn't say exercise, just being more active. I still haven't started a regular exercise routine yet. It's supposed to be pretty nice this weekend so I'm eager to be outdoors walking, plein air painting- SOMETHING! Wish me luck!

I hope you reach your goal! 2.8 lbs in one week is a lot but hey, if we don't set big goals, we have nothing to strive for. GO FOR IT!!!
