STRUGGLED this morning to get up ....alarm went off at 4am, 5am, and finally 6am...finally got up. Didn't want to do Turbo Fire 40. 40 minutes of glorious movement (which I initially felt could be beneath me this morning)...and 10 minutes of stretchs.

Just a few moments late on my morning schedule, leaks into the remainder of the day.

I have configured my "big rocks" for the day...and am okay if that is the only thing I accomplish today.

Hungry again at 10:30am = guess it's time for an apple. Yesterday I had a sweet potato-- a great filler. Guess it's good that my stomach gets hungrier sooner.

Great news - my jeans aren't cutting my circulation off as much this week. Must be good news---cause my abs sure do hurt! lol

All that hard work must be paying off if your jeans are fitting better! Keep up the good work!! My mid morning snack the last couple of weeks has been a pear, they've just sounded good, but a sweet potato sounds amazing right now. I know what's going on my grocery list for this week!

I like the ones in the plastic that you can pop in the microwave at work for 8 minutes. :) I eat it plain at the office.
