I am SOO freaking sweaty right now. I'm sure it's a wonderful TMI, but OMG! I did Carmen's strip tease aerobics AND my dance workout. I had to.. Carmen kind of let me down in the matter of getting my heart rate up for a while.. but it was fun.. and got my heart beating.. I just had to kick it up a notch and do a new segment on my dance video. Ya'll need to check out 10 minute Solutions: Fat Burning Dance Mix. I'm sure any of their videos are awesome, but I'm SOOOO loving this dance thing. I know white girls can't really dance, but I truly feel amped up and I have SO much fun doing it.

Yay for me getting in 2 workout today.. Hell I think I needed it due to all the "protein" and junk eating today.. ugh.. anyway. Good night ya'll!
