I really went off the rails yesterday. Once I started eating dinner, it was like I couldn't stop and just kept eating whatever was around, even though I didn't really want it and it wasn't very special. I have to stop this behavior!!
146.4 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
