I worked out for the first time in a week and a half tonight with my personal trainer... OMG I think I actually had an Asthma attack while working out! I had to stop and catch my breath and was wheezing really bad with every inhale! I should sleep good tonight though I'm pooped! Still coughing though so have to continue to take it easy.

LOL thanks Ctlss! It was my first time working out since I got this chest cold so that's the real culprit! I wish I could see my line I didn't know it changed till someone said it did!
