I was doing fine today...until I watched the Food Network and started wanting fish & chips! Thanks Neely's! Grrrr... Then my husband had to go to the only fish place in this small town: Long John Silver's....which is definitely NOT the healthiest thing to be eating. Shame on me for giving in. =\
I think I've also hit a plateau. I've been at 150 for the past few days. I know it's better than gaining weight....but I'd still rather be losing it. =( Not feeling too good about myself at the moment. I wanted to be down at least 10 lbs by the end of the month, but I guess that's not going to happen. *sigh*

oh yea, as for your plateau, when I hit mine a few weeks ago I tried QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse and it really got me past it. It's a two week system and It comes with a healthy eating guide to keep you on track.
