been off here for a long time, got an email as per usual and just decided to get back into it, ive just had a baby 5 weeks ago, and post birth weight was 116kg :( have since lost 4kg and am now 112, but has slowed since i stopped breastfeeding, i have recovered reasonable well and have started walking to the school twice a day, so am doing minimum 30 min a day walking, added with my housework other odd jobs like gardening etc, im hoping i can pick up the weightloss pace, also trying to watch what im eating, my husband is not a fan of healthier type foods, and our budget doesnt accomodate the ability to cook two meals at dinner time, so i am adding extra vaggies to my plate and cutting down on the other stuff, ive read that leptin helps weightloss so am going to start taking benefibre twice a day and try eating more wholefoods as opposed to pre packaged, to try and boost my leptin production and sensitivity... wish me luck :)

thanks so much guys!!, i just need motivation, i have lot of stress in my life that's unavoidable, and two kids, night shift hubby, and not a lot of time to myself, so when i get some i find it hard to get motivated to do anything but relax, plus don't have a lot of friends in my area so nobody to walk with...so between school runs, newborn, housework and the severe lack of sleep, i really just need a good kick in the butt and a lot of support :)
