Happy Easter, everybody!! My dad told me that I looked like I lost weight. I feel like I have gained weight since I haven't been working out and not really eating entirely right like I should. If I am losing weight, I guess that it's from working at a really physical job where I am standing on my feet all day, bending, stooping, running back and forth, lifting, etc. I still feel like I am gaining weight though. I am about to get back on the serious weight loss train. I'll go by what my dad says though ;)

On a previous entry, I was asking everybody for tips on how to deal when I work in such a physical position where I am aching on my days off. I received some great tips. I have been noticing something too. If you fall into nasty habits such as, "I would rather sleep on my day off" or "I don't want to go out anywhere. I don't want to do anything," it will turn into a nasty cycle and it's not helping me at all. I had an active lifestyle before I earned this job, and I will continue to enjoy an active lifestyle outside of my job.

Since I have been working a physical job standing and running on my feet for hours, my ankles would lock up overnight while at rest. I find that it feels great to take a walk on my days off. It really unlocks my joints and I can live a normal lifestyle :) I am going to jump right back on the weight loss train!! :)
