I worked out 3 times this week and ate small meals more often. My workouts included weights and cardio. I can't believe any of it worked. I met with a personal trainer and am determined to prove I can do this without one.

Eating smaller meals more often can really help keep your blood sugar level so you don't get so hungry. I have to eat smaller meals because of acid reflux, but I like it better any way. Great job!
