It seems for the low carb diet need to get under 20 grams of carbs for a week. I do exercise consistently so I think it is possible. I ate a lot more but also did more to balance it out.Upping the water intake usually three 12 oz of water and 1 liter of seltzer. Haven't eaten yet because my refrigerator did not make ice this morning two pats of cream cheese.I still haven't figured out how to motivate exercise in the day. Monday will weigh in see if there is a change but it should I can imagine consuming well over the weight loss carb limit, perhaps holding me back. Fellow dieters are helping thank you

I try to visualize what I want to look like and sometimes that gives me the motivation I need to workout. My body won't change on sheer thoughts alone! I have to get up and burn some calories! :)
