The double espresso with dinner was perfect not hungry, usually at this time I would have to find something. There are so many thai things I love now seeing unless I am plowing a field there is no way eating.Best recipes came from Importfood.com for Thai like to look at the pictures at least but will say that I feel better avoiding due to some spices might be allergic to and water retention.
Back on track going to work out. Know its late but, still having a tough time getting into the day time exercise aside from tiding apartment.drinking water first.

I'm glad the espresso filled you up. :) Maybe you could try a slimmed down version of Thai recipes? Search for "skinny taste thai" in your search browser and it should be one of the first links to pop up. I'll try posting the URL, but normally FatSecret will cut off links for some reason: http://www.skinnytaste.com/201... You can do this!!
