Pretty good day. Had lunch with the husband and did a little shopping. Did ok in the food department too. Since Sunday is Easter, and a family gathering is planned, I hope to Fast tomorrow. The last few days I have done my stationary biking and hooping. Other than this morning with some weight training, have not been able to get in too much extra exercise. Went to my WW meeting yesterday morning. A 2 pound lose. I will take it!! Hoping to continue the downward movement!
