Day 1:167lbs.
br/l: handful pumpkin seeds.
d: chicken salad on top of lettuce.

day 2:164lbs.
br/l: salad w/ italian dressing.
d:boneless skinless chicken breast stuffed with spinache, tomatoes & fat free provalone;cottage cheese;celery
snack:30 pistachios

day 3:163lbs
b/l:spinache salad(prov/turkey/tomatoes/italian dr.)
sn:30 pistachios,pudding,sunflower seeds
d: spinache salad (skim mozzerella/tomatoe/italian dress.)
& chicken vegetable soup (homemade.)

day 4:163lbs
b/l:chicken vegetable soup.
d:Chicken caeser salad.
snack:cheese(bad),20 pistachios,1/4 cup pudding.

days 5&6 went camping, gained 1lb.
didnt follow diet at all.

week one loss: 4lbs.

day 7:164lbs.
b/l: coffee.
d:salad(chicken & cheese)

day 8:162lbs
b/l: french onion soup(home made),sunflower seeds.
d:eggplant mini pizzas.

day 9:160lbs
d:2 burgers,no bun;cucumber salad;sauteed eggplant & spinache.
s:spinache salad.

have any tips to make it better?

sounds like you are on the right track! I don't think you need tips to keep it better...you are doing great as it is!
