Dear Jorunal: My weight is climbing again. back to 155. With the start of beach I better stick to phase 1-maybe I can't be a fully carb person and lose!!!!!!!!!! At lease for a while. Ugh-back to eggs eggs eggs for bkfast - ham without bread - meat w/o tatoes. I can do this-I will do this-it worked before and then I will
S L O W L Y add good carbs, maybe once throughout the day for a few weeks. I think in actuatliy I must be doing phase 3!!!!!!!!!

It's good that you have analyzed what you have been eating and discovering that it's not working for you. Now you can try something else and move on! I found out that I am pretty carb intolerant and only started losing weight when I decreased my carb intake to 20 carbs per day. You might not want to drastically reduce your carbs, but maybe if you cut your carbs, say in half, it might get that scale moving down. Good luck! :D

i agree with mbhpro, once you notice the scales is going in the wrong direction for very long, then its time to tweak what your eating to get the graph headed bck down again...a tweak here an there usually does that...wont be long before them pounds will come bck off again....remember you will do this!!!!!!

I went back and re-did my introduction to phase 2 also. The new recharged book says to add one new grain and only one (the same one) for the first week on phase 2. See how you respond to it, do you get hungry again to soon? do want to eat "more" of it and not stop with one serving? does it make you want more of something else or trigger a binge? If it does, stop eating it immediately and try something else. Otherwise, keep it for one week and then add your next choice and see how that one goes. Same with fruit...but, I wish I had known this before.. do not eat fruit for breakfast. Always have it with protein with you lunch/supper or snack. Good luck to you, it's not easy when we reach a certain point but you are like me, we really do want to lose more, we just need to focus on it better. Good luck, let us know how it goes

LOL your so cute and funny!! Im sure putting the book on the counter will help ! LOL I still haven't read the entire book, Im just up to all the stuff about exercise right now
