I was late home from work today, didn't get in till nearly 7, and had been sent home with Easter cake for the girls to save it from spoiling over the weekend. As time runs on and mood drops off so does my inclination to cook, so going for Subway or MacDonalds was looking very tempting, and I know full well I would have been greeted with enthusiastic support for either plan from my well-meaning but-no-help-whatsoever family! But I made the effort to tot up my points as I was driving home so I'd know how many I had left to play with, and as a result when I got in I went straight to kitchen and got on with planned dinner, which meant I could have a couple of hot cross buns afterwards with a clear conscience! I was really proud of myself. I've gone over my calories (but not points) today but have net deficit with activity so I don't mind that :-)
