Ouch - WAY too much wine last night. I've been trying to keep it to 2 glasses when I do drink, but went a bit overboard on the yummy Zin. Still lost weight, though, but not the way I want to do it.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
